Diane Sweeney

Diane Sweeney is an authority on student-centered coaching and her team works with schools and districts across the country (and internationally!) to implement instructional coaching programs. Many districts are looking for a tool to help them more effectively capture coaching data and generate insights. We developed a tool in the Google Suite that allows coaches to more effectively manage their student-centered coaching cycles.

ACS International Schools

ACS wanted to make their teacher evaluation processes more effective. Working with the ACS leadership team and school administrators, we designed and implemented the system that streamlines evaluations for teachers, principals, and network leaders. The Google Form-based data collection process is easy and now all stakeholders know the status of each teacher in the evaluation process.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools

In an effort to improve instruction and increase student achievement, Miami-Dade County Public Schools made a huge investment in school-based literacy, math, and science instructional coaches. Working with the district and school leaders, we designed and implemented the system that allows coaches to more effectively support teachers through instructional coaching cycles. Now coaches have a standardized process and all stakeholders know how much support has been provided to each teacher.

Jounce Partners

Jounce provides teacher and school leader coaching for schools throughout the U.S. and was in need of a solution to help them document the touchpoints their coaches provide to teachers, track weekly goals, and determine how coaching efficacy correlates with student achievement. We developed a system using Google Forms and Sheets to collect and visualize these data.

Teach For America

The Teach For America Connecticut team was looking for a way to more effectively track the support they provide to their teachers across the state. We developed a Google-based tool that allows them to collect and visualize instructional support data across a number of meaningful dimensions.

Memphis Delta Prep

Memphis Delta Prep, a charter elementary school in Memphis, TN, wanted to change the culture of data in their school. Working with them, we developed a tool that allows their teachers to easily collect daily English, math, attention, and attendance scores. And every morning the tool creates daily reports for each homeroom so that teachers and the school leaders have current data to better inform their decisions.

Banneker High School

Banneker High School, a large public high school in Georgia, uses multiple programs to coach their teachers, including Teach Like a Champion and CT3. We developed a Google-based tool to help their subject-based coaches easily capture their support they provide for each of the programs.
